Senior Product Management Lead

• Demonstrates an in-depth understanding of how apps support integrates within the overall technology function
• Vendor relationship management including global oversight
• Maximize operational efficiencies, strengthening incident management, problem management and knowledge sharing practices
• Formulate and implement a framework for managing capacity, throughput and latency
• Participates in business review meetings, relating product strategies to business requirements
• Develops medium- to long-term plans and executes functional strategies for a large/complex ecosystem
• Provide strategic influence and exercise control over resources, budget management and planning
• Integrate in-depth knowledge of applications development, industry benchmarks, and client needs
• Deliver significant savings to the organization within fluid budgetary parameters
• Influence multiple teams of professionals across a deeply matrixed organization
• Provide evaluative judgement based on analysis of facts in complicated, unique, and dynamic situations
• Influence and negotiate with senior leaders across functions
• Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made
• May include team management responsibilities such as conducting personnel duties for team

• 10+ years of relevant product ownership, vendor management, and technical experience
• Experience in product and application strategy, support, and overall management
• Experience managing global technology teams and navigating 'follow the sun' approach to resourcing
• Strong negotiation skills and experience of senior stakeholder management
• Ability to make independent decisions that will have critical impact and influence capital expenditures and business operations
• Working knowledge of industry practices, standards, and future approaches
• Excellent communication skills required to influence a wide range of audiences
• Bachelor's degree/University degree
