Senior Product Management - Clearing Team. The Clearing Team is responsible for ingesting, augmenting, and publishing cardholder transaction data from networks and acquiring banks. This data powers critical card processes, including posting transactions to cardholder accounts and performing financial reconciliation to ensure end-to-end system accuracy.
Job Responsibility:
Support the design and delivery of a modern, extensible, and well managed clearing platform
Apply systems thinking to understand the platform, business, and broader technical architecture holistically
Partner with Engineering to drive the full development lifecycle
Deliver foundational capabilities that power updated card processing platforms across Capital One
Demonstrate proficiency in five key areas: Human Centered, Business Focused, Technology Driven, Integrated Problem Solving, Transformational Leadership
Requirements:
At least 5 years of experience working in Product Management
Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining one of the following with an expectation that the required degree will be obtained on or before the scheduled start date: A Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field)
A Master's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field) or an MBA with a quantitative concentration

Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer facing digital products
