Job Responsibility

  • Drive the expansion of specialty product lines across asian markets by bridging the gap between technical policy drafting and market facing underwriting strategies
  • Lead the end to end development and market launch of new specialty insurance products and conduct targeted market research to identify opportunities for product enhancement and innovation
  • Draft and maintain precise policy wordings and standard endorsement libraries in line with regional protocols
  • Partner with internal legal, claims and underwriting teams to ensure products remain competitive and legally compliant
  • Support the underwriting team by creating technical marketing collateral and participating in client presentations

Requirements

  • Deep knowledge of Financial Lines, Casualty or Specialty products and their associated legal frameworks
  • Strong Underwriting, Claims or Product Marketing or Broking experience - ideally experience handling apac or regional portfolio
  • Sttong policy wording and familiar with underwriting frameworks
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate complex marketing and technical initiatives
