Drive product management excellence across TUI's Digital Solutions organization by establishing frameworks, tools, and resources that enhance capabilities and effectiveness.
Job Responsibility:
Establish and evolve product management practices, methodologies, and frameworks across Digital Solutions organization
Lead a team of 2-3 Product Enablement Managers
Develop comprehensive resources including playbooks, templates, and guides that support product managers throughout the product lifecycle
Build and nurture a thriving product management community of practice
Design and deliver training programs that enhance product management capabilities
Foster alignment between product management and other functions including design, technology, and business teams
Requirements:
Proven experience in product leadership, enablement, or coaching roles
Deep understanding of product management methodologies and best practices
Experience in building and implementing product management frameworks and processes
Strong facilitation and training delivery skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
Passion for product management excellence and continuous improvement
Fluent in English
