Job Description:

We are seeking a Senior Product Designer who is a bold strategic thinker, a fast mover, and a technology-obsessed creator. This role sits within a specialized Strategic Channels unit focused on innovation and the future state of mobile experiences. You will be eternally curious, delivering high-level concept prototypes that anticipate client needs and exceed expectations for mobile-preferred users. For the first 6-8 months, your work will be heavily discovery-oriented, focusing on "blue sky" ideation, research, and storytelling. You will partner closely with Senior Researchers to dive deep into specific client segments and generational demographics before shifting toward market delivery in the latter half of the year.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead design from concept to execution within a mobile-native context, focusing on rapid prototyping and contract exploration
  • Work in a high-speed, collaborative environment, partnering with researchers to translate insights into visionary design concepts
  • Craft compelling, executive-level narratives and prototypes to influence stakeholders and socialize future-state thinking
  • Utilize Figma (expert level) to build components, variants, and high-fidelity prototypes that demonstrate a high degree of polish and refinement

Requirements:

  • Expert-level proficiency in Figma and experience contributing to/utilizing complex design systems
  • Familiarity with Generative AI design tools (e.g., Figma Make, Loveable, v0)
  • Deep knowledge of iOS and Android design principles and guidelines
  • Proven ability to think "big picture" while executing with visual precision
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills and the ability to present complex ideas clearly to leadership
  • Previous experience in B2C, Finance, or the Investment industry is a significant plus
  • Must provide a link to a well-maintained, user-friendly portfolio
  • Portfolio must demonstrate a high level of design refinement and polish
  • Portfolio must include several case studies from 2023 to the present
  • Portfolio must showcase the ability to lead final design output and end-to-end prototyping

Nice to have:

  • Agency or consulting backgrounds are highly preferred
  • Previous experience in B2C, Finance, or the Investment industry is a significant plus
