Senior Product Designer

We are looking for a Senior Product Designer, AI Experiences with a strong design foundation and solid experience designing AI-powered products, including conversational, generative, and agent-to-agent experiences. You will partner closely with Product, Engineering, and other Product Designers to shape intelligent workflows and multi-agent interactions that are intuitive, effective, scalable, and trustworthy. As a senior individual contributor, you will own end-to-end experience design, from discovery through prototyping and validation, while designing agent behaviours, conversation systems, and AI-driven interactions. This role is critical to raising the quality bar of AI experiences across SmartRecruiters and building foundations that enable teams across the organization to design and connect their own agents.
