Job Description:

GMP has established itself as the pioneer of Interoperable Smart Parking which connects all parking and mobility stakeholders on a common platform operating in silos. GMP has had great success in the European market and is now expanding globally in the US and other markets. It is an opportunity to be part of a high-growth team with a global footprint. GetMyParking is looking for a passionate and experienced Senior Product Designer to join our Product Development team. You will work on maintaining Design systems, User Interface design and work alongside CEO, Business Analysts, Product Managers, and Developers in a collaborative, agile environment. We are focused on creating great user experiences across our iOS, Android, mobile web and desktop platforms.

Job Responsibility:

Work with Product managers and our clients to gather requirements and work ground up
Apply existing interaction patterns and build new interaction patterns on iOS, Android and Web
Iterate and respond to ideas for innovation and improvements based on research, analysis or competitive reviews
Document and work on user research independently and discuss with clients to improve platform
Work together with developers to discuss interactions, animations, asset handoff, tradeoffs and other needs in the delivery process
Collaborate with UX to push solutions to the next level through the product development process, including visual quality assurance
Contribute to high-level strategic decisions with the rest of the Product team
Uphold and improve upon the brand identity, colors, and UI standards of our clients

Requirements:

5+ years of experience in designing and being part of product development and release cycles
Proven solid, up-to-date understanding of best practices, developments and trends in mobile & web
Must be able to confidently articulate UX design rationale and enjoy leading conversations with teams and key stakeholders
Demonstrated experience of leading complex projects independently under stretched timelines
Detail orientation, execution excellence and entrepreneurial spirit
Understanding motion and interaction design for developing interactive prototypes
A portfolio demonstrating clean execution of product solutions and the ability to communicate design decisions is a must

Nice to have:

Degree in Graphic Design or related discipline (Optional)
An understanding of Bootstrap, Responsive HTML5 and CSS3 or swift is a plus
