Job Responsibility

Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful delivery of design solutions
Continuously iterate on design solutions based on user feedback, data analysis, and industry trends to drive product excellence and innovation
Mentor and coach junior designers, fostering a culture of design excellence and growth within the organization
Advocate for user-centered design principles and best practices, championing the importance of empathy and user research in the product development process
Contribute to the evolution of our products by using and helping improve our design system
Stay abreast of emerging technologies, design tools, and industry trends, applying relevant insights to enhance the user experience and maintain a competitive edge
Act as a thought leader within the design community, representing the company through conference presentations, blog posts, or participation in industry events
