Job Description:

We're looking for a Product Designer to join the Customer Support and Sales Tooling Design Team. This team has a dual mission: to enhance the user experience for customer support tools and platforms, elevating Atlassian’s customer support experiences to drive seamless self-service led by AI. This role is India-based, with a manager in India.

Job Responsibility:

Work in a team of designers in India on our range of support experiences
Operate in a fast-paced, cross-functional team
Use and expand the Atlassian Design System by leveraging established patterns
Talk to users of our products, conduct research and observations to improve the product
Be data-led, understand usage patterns and use-cases in order to improve experience

Requirements:

6+ of experience in product design, ideally enterprise-based
Proficiency in modern design tools like Figma
Strong portfolio showcasing relevant case studies
Experience in working autonomously and collaboratively
Strong facilitation and cross-functional collaboration skills
Positive collaboration history with other departments
Experimentation experience is desirable

Nice to have:

Qualifications in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field
Experience in designing for B2B enterprise SaaS products
Familiarity with AI and content integration
Familiarity with accessibility and inclusive design principles
Great communication and influencing skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, agile development environment
Understanding of standard UX tasks
Strong UI implementation skills
