Job Description

An international leader in B2B software is looking for a UX Designer to play a pivotal role in a major digital transformation initiative. This is a chance to influence the redesign of a mission-critical SaaS platform used globally, ensuring it delivers an intuitive, efficient, and modern user experience for a diverse client base. Day Rate: €400/day Location: Barcelona (Hybrid – 3 days onsite per week) Duration: 6 months (with strong potential to extend) Start Date: ASAP

Job Responsibility

  • Lead end-to-end UX design, from discovery through to delivery
  • Champion user needs and ensure design decisions enhance efficiency and satisfaction
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Spain, Hyderabad, the UK, and the US
  • Partner closely with product and engineering to deliver scalable, user-focused solutions
  • Drive design consistency across markets while modernising a complex legacy system

Requirements

  • Proven experience delivering UX in complex, enterprise-scale environments
  • Strong ability to influence stakeholders and align cross-functional teams
  • Confident working independently and navigating ambiguity
  • Experience modernising legacy platforms within global organisations
  • B2B SaaS experience highly desirable
