Senior Product Designer

• Take ownership of key design projects end to end, from research and discovery through to delivery
• Work on data rich interfaces such as dashboards, pricing views, and analytics tools, creating designs that simplify and clarify detailed financial and market data
• Shaping how design operates locally in the London office

• 5+ years’ experience in product design, ideally within complex or data heavy environments
• A strong balance of UX and UI skills, able to move seamlessly between research, structure, and visual execution
• A portfolio demonstrating real product thinking that shows how you’ve solved complex problems, adapted when things changed, and delivered measurable results
• Experience collaborating closely with engineering and product teams
