Everlaw is seeking an experienced Senior Product Designer with a knack for making the complex feel intuitive to join our dynamic Product team. In this role, you’ll play a key role in shaping the future of the AI powered litigation platform, taking end to end ownership of features from concept to launch. You will use your experience to bring ideas large and small to life, turning ambiguous problems into elegant solutions. You'll design with a deep respect for users, shaping products from brainstorming to launch. Additionally, you'll mentor other designers while collaborating closely with the Product and Engineering teams.
Job Responsibility:
Design AI-powered experiences that enable legal and investigative teams to navigate complex document review workflows and accelerate insight generation
Translate complex, unstructured problems into intuitive solutions that are scalable, in the form of user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups
Apply strong product thinking to frame ambiguous problems, connecting design decisions to user value, business outcomes and technical feasibility
Partner closely with Product Management and User Research providing inputs to prioritization and roadmap decisions, informing strategic decisions
Lead interaction design for complex challenges leveraging industry best practices, effectively using prototypes to explore ambiguity and align partners
Craft polished visual and motion design that clearly communicates hierarchy, causality and intent
Collaborate closely with Engineering to ship high quality design solutions
Clearly articulate design rationale through strong storytelling and presentation influencing stakeholders at multiple levels
Strengthen team culture by modeling inclusive collaboration and proactively improving processes
Seek diverse feedback, challenge assumptions when appropriate, and provide thoughtful critique raising the bar on quality and driving impactful outcomes
Contribute to and evangelize the use of Bluebook, Everlaw’s Design System

Requirements:
5+ years of Product Design experience shipping product features, with at least 3 years designing complex B2B SaaS workflows
BA/BS degree in graphic design, design communication, human-computer interaction, or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
Portfolio demonstrating strong product thinking, interaction and visual design
Proven ability to thrive in complex, ambiguous problem spaces
Experience owning end-to-end design work, from initial research to post-launch evaluation
Self-starter with the ability to navigate ambiguity and drive solutions to execution
Strong communication and storytelling skills, with experience presenting design rationale to Product, Engineering, and leadership stakeholders to build alignment
Collaborative mindset with a strong appreciation for feedback, coaching, and cross-functional partnership
You are authorized to work in the United States without restrictions
