Senior Product Designer

• Lead the design strategy and execution of user-friendly, visually appealing, and accessible experiences for acquisition and onboarding workflows
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and researchers to translate business goals and user needs into innovative design solutions
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and data analysis to inform design decisions and improve the user journey
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs to communicate design ideas effectively across teams
• Advocate for accessibility and inclusivity in all aspects of product design, ensuring our experiences empower every user
• Mentor and support junior team members, fostering an exchange of ideas and continuous growth
• Drive the iterative design process, incorporating feedback and improvements to deliver impactful results
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and best practices to elevate our design competencies and processes
• Champion a user-centered design philosophy while achieving business objectives and aligning with the company vision

• 5+ years of experience in product design, with a focus on user acquisition, activation, and retention
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe Suite, InVision)
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in creating intuitive, user-centered designs for web and mobile applications
• Proven experience in designing for diverse audiences, with an emphasis on accessibility and inclusivity
• Solid understanding of UX/UI principles, interaction design, and user-centered methodologies
• Demonstrable knowledge of usability testing, A/B testing, and analytics tools
• Excellent communication, storytelling, and collaboration skills
• Proactive problem-solver with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects within deadlines

Familiarity with front-end development frameworks and how designs are implemented is a plus
