We’re hiring a fully remote, Senior Product Designer to take ownership of a complex, large-scale B2B SaaS platform at a key transformation point. The client is a UK-based technology company building a complex B2B SaaS platform used to manage real-world operations in the hospitality / travel sector at scale. Their product supports scheduling, inventory and service delivery across multi-site environments. With a long-established platform and strong client base, they’re now rebuilding it as a modern, cloud-based solution. The business is entering a key phase of product transformation, with significant investment and a clear roadmap ahead. You’ll be embedded within a product squad, working closely with Product Managers and Engineers to shape and deliver a deeply complex system. This role is heavily weighted towards UX and systems thinking, with a strong focus on structuring workflows and simplifying complexity. Environment: fully remote, very occasional travel; small, experienced product design team; high autonomy, no hand-holding; fast-moving environment, using tools like Figma and AI-assisted prototyping to move quickly. This is a good fit for someone who enjoys untangling complexity and designing systems that actually work in the real world.

Requirements:
experience designing complex B2B SaaS or enterprise platforms
strong information architecture and systems thinking capability
a portfolio that demonstrates scale, depth and end-to-end ownership
comfortable working autonomously within cross-functional teams
commercially aware, product-minded, able to challenge and shape direction
interest in new tools and ways of working, including AI-enabled design
