Senior Product Designer

• Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders
• Continuously iterate on design solutions based on user feedback, data analysis, and industry trends
• Mentor and coach junior designers
• Advocate for user-centered design principles and best practices
• Contribute to the evolution of our products by using and helping improve our design system
• Stay abreast of emerging technologies, design tools, and industry trends
• Act as a thought leader within the design community
• Lead or participate in user testing sessions and usability studies
• Drive the evolution of the company's design culture

• Relevant proven experience in Product Design
• Experience with Figma and advanced prototyping tools
• Experience with hypothesis generation, experimentations definition, and AB tests
• Strong collaboration with cross-functional teams like Product management, research, engineering, data analysts, etc
• Experience working with data, business KPIs, and success metrics
• Understanding of systems thinking and component-based design patterns
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
• Ability to give and receive feedback well
• Adaptability to work in a rapidly changing, high-growth startup environment
• Fluency in English
• Experience writing HTML and CSS
• Growth mindset
• A portfolio featuring examples of your design work and problem-solving skills
