Job Description

Sentry is looking for a Senior Product Designer who loves solving complex challenges and turning them into clear, intuitive experiences that help developers ship their best work. At Sentry, you’ll design tools that empower developers to build faster, more reliable software. You’ll collaborate closely with a senior team of product managers, engineers, and designers to create product experiences that set us apart.

Requirements

  • 5+ years designing complex software products with a portfolio that highlights your impact
  • Skilled in visual and interaction design with a good sense for structure, hierarchy, and clarity
  • Able to take complex, technical workflows and turn them into experiences that feel effortless
  • Comfortable talking to users, running interviews, and translating insights into clear design decisions
  • Fluent in modern design tools like Figma and quick to move from idea to prototype
  • Experienced in building and shipping products as part of a small, fast-moving team
  • Curious and driven to understand how developers work, the challenges they face, and what helps them ship their best work

Nice to have

Bonus if you’ve built design systems, contributed to open-source projects, or written HTML/CSS or React
