We’re partnering with an innovative Cambridge-based AI software company developing advanced technology used by engineering teams to solve highly complex design and optimisation challenges. They’re looking for a Senior Product Designer to join a growing product and UX function, working closely with product managers, engineers, researchers, and domain specialists to shape sophisticated B2B SaaS tools used for high-stakes technical decision-making. This is an opportunity for a designer who enjoys complexity, thrives in data-rich environments, and wants to work on products where usability, clarity, and strategic thinking genuinely matter.

Job Responsibility

  • Conducting and facilitating user research with technical stakeholders

Requirements

  • Proven experience designing complex B2B SaaS products
  • Strong experience working with data-heavy interfaces and workflows
  • Demonstrable product thinking through detailed portfolio case studies

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to challenge constructively and work autonomously
