Job Description:

Senior Product Designer focused on digital channel capabilities creating digital solutions for Commercial Banking and Corporate & Investment Banking customers. The role involves developing seamless experiences for authentication & user administration by partnering with product, development, and design partners using design thinking, interaction design, visual design, information architecture, and user research.

Job Responsibility:

Develop and execute customer experience solutions for online applications and websites
Manage the design, creation, and production of customer experience elements from product concept through completion
Develop and execute customer experience solutions using user centered design tools
Review and analyze high profile or complex projects
Develop new research and tests theories that lead to alternative design solutions
Analyze relevant internal and external sites and consult standards and guidelines
Design, develop, test, and refine prototypes
Lead team to meet key milestone deliverables
Create and monitor schedules to ensure timely effective program execution
Develop and oversee planning and execution of projects, production schedules, and quality assurance

Requirements:

4+ years of Online and Digital Product Design, Information Sciences, Graphic, and Visual Arts experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, education
Command of common design tools, most notably Figma
Experience with driving digital customer experience change and using data to inform design outcomes and narratives
Ability to ask appropriate questions, communicate effectively and persuasively to convey design solutions to a broad range of stakeholders
Comfortable with ambiguity and able to shape and drive work independently
Experience designing effectively within a standards-aligned design environment and knowing when to push design system boundaries as necessary
Experience with strategic planning and diagrammatic skills (Information Architecture), low fidelity wireframe production, high-fidelity design comp production, and design interaction specifications
Familiarity with iterative and Agile development processes and knowledge of application layer design and front-end code frameworks (React, jQuery, etc.)
Ability to energize and motivate others
