Job Description:

As our Senior Product Designer, you’ll play a central role in defining how people experience Theatr across both mobile and web. This isn’t a narrow execution role; you’ll influence product direction, craft the design language, and work closely with the founder and engineering team in a fast, collaborative loop. Your work will touch the full lifecycle: clarifying problems, generating ideas, building prototypes, and helping ship polished, user-centered features. Job Responsibility:

Own design end-to-end: from insights and concepts to prototypes and shipped features
Translate ambiguous ideas into clear problem statements and testable design approaches
Produce intuitive flows, interactions, and high-fidelity UI/UX in Figma
Maintain and evolve Theatr’s design system to ensure consistency and quality
Work closely with engineering to ensure smooth execution and measurable impact
Use research, data, and competitive insights to identify opportunities and refine designs
Run quick experiments, evaluate results, and iterate to improve conversion and engagement
Contribute to product discussions and help shape Theatr’s roadmap and long-term direction

Requirements:

3–5 years of product design experience, ideally in a fast-moving environment
Strong background in consumer mobile product design, with a portfolio that shows clear thinking and strong visual craft
Expertise in Figma
familiarity with modern design tools and AI workflows
A proactive, ownership-driven mindset
comfortable navigating ambiguity and driving projects forward
Collaborative and low ego
ability to balance user needs, product goals, and business constraints
Excellent interaction and visual design skills
attention to detail without slowing momentum
Analytical and data-informed approach to design decisions
Effective communicator and collaborator with product and engineering

Nice to have:

Experience in social products, content communities, ticketing, or marketplace design
Experience in startups or working with small, focused teams
Genuine interest in live shows, arts, and culture
