Job Description:

The Seller Technology team at Uber Delivery builds tools and experiences that support sellers and seller-facing teams at global scale. This Senior UX Designer role focuses on designing intuitive, scalable experiences that improve usability, efficiency, and clarity across complex workflows. As the first UX designer in this space, you will play a key role in shaping design strategy, setting standards, and influencing how seller experiences are built over time.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead the design of seller and seller-facing experiences across Uber Delivery
  • Help define UX strategy, principles, and patterns for Seller Technology
  • Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Operations, and Enablement to shape solutions
  • Translate complex business requirements into clear, usable experiences
  • Use data, feedback, and judgment to continuously improve the seller experience

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in UX or Product Design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating ownership of complex, workflow-driven products
  • Proven ability to lead design efforts end-to-end, from problem framing through delivery, in partnership with Product and Engineering
  • Experience influencing design outcomes across multiple stakeholders and teams
  • Experience designing enterprise, platform, or internal tools at scale
  • Demonstrated systems thinking and ability to balance user needs with operational constraints
  • Experience contributing to or defining UX standards, patterns, or frameworks
  • Comfort operating autonomously and shaping direction in evolving problem spaces
