Job Description:

Craft exceptional digital experiences that align with user needs and organizational goals; Work closely with cross-functional teams to design, test, and refine solutions, ensuring usability and innovation drive the product's success; Long-term contract position in the Real Estate & Property industry

Job Responsibility:

Develop innovative solutions that align with organizational goals and user needs
Apply human-centered design principles to address common design challenges and enhance user engagement
Identify and address specific product capabilities such as improving workflows or optimizing user interaction
Present and defend design decisions effectively to cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders
Facilitate collaboration within teams by leveraging design workshops and storytelling techniques
Mentor less experienced designers by offering guidance on best practices, methodologies, and skill development
Model leadership competencies by inspiring teams, fostering collaboration, and driving outcomes
Cultivate a culture of continuous improvement and exceptional employee engagement
Uphold the organization's trust and reputation by delivering high-quality digital experiences

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Interaction Design, UI/UX Design, Web Product Design, Web Development, or related fields
At least 6 years of experience in design-related roles, including 3 years focused on user experience, interaction design, or product development
Proven track record of contributing to the development of multiple successful digital products
Ability to create processes for tackling complex design challenges and delivering quality solutions
Strong communication skills to articulate design rationale and establish measurable success metrics
Expertise in human-centered design methodologies and their application in digital product development
Proficiency with tools such as Jira and Figma to support the design and iteration process
Demonstrated ability to work effectively in agile environments and collaborate with diverse teams
