Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Product Designer (UI/UX) to lead the design of intuitive, human-centered mobile experiences for our next-generation AI Companion platform. This role requires a deep understanding of user experience, interaction design, and visual craft — translating complex AI interactions into elegant, scalable, and engaging mobile interfaces. You’ll collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and AI researchers to create design systems and flows that empower users to engage meaningfully with intelligent companions.

Job Responsibility

  • Design and deliver mobile-first, user-centered experiences for AI-powered products
  • Translate product concepts, wireframes, and user journeys into high-fidelity mockups and prototypes
  • Develop and maintain a design system ensuring consistency across visuals, components, and interactions
  • Design intuitive interactions and micro-interactions that make AI experiences feel human, transparent, and trustworthy
  • Conduct user research, testing, and feedback loops to validate and refine solutions
  • Ensure all designs meet accessibility (WCAG) and responsive design standards
  • Work cross-functionally with engineering and product teams to bring designs to life
  • Stay updated on AI, conversational UX, and emerging design trends to continually elevate the product experience

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field
  • 8+ years of experience in UI/UX or product design, preferably with a focus on mobile applications
  • Strong portfolio showcasing mobile design projects and end-to-end design thinking
  • Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD
  • Excellent grasp of visual design principles, typography, color, and layout
  • Strong knowledge of interaction design and usability testing
  • Ability to explain design rationale clearly and collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and prototyping skills
