Your role with us: Lead the end-to-end design process from discovery to delivery creating intuitive, scalable and impactful experiences. You’ll refine our design systems, collaborate across teams and help shape how design drives product strategy. Hands-on, strategic and user-focused, you’ll play a key role in elevating every touchpoint of our Sportsbook experience.

Job Responsibility

Lead the full design process, from discovery and exploration to final UI delivery
Deliver high-quality interface designs that align with product strategy and user goals
Conduct or collaborate on user research, competitive analysis and usability testing to validate design hypotheses
Translate insights into actionable design decisions that enhance engagement, clarity and conversion
Continuously monitor design effectiveness through performance metrics and user feedback
Present design work confidently, communicating rationale and impact to cross-functional stakeholders
Support and mentor other designers, sharing insights and guiding them through design challenges
Work cross-functionally with Product, Engineers and other Designers to shape roadmap priorities and define what success looks like
Contribute to cross-team critiques, share feedback constructively and elevate the work of peers
Embrace experimentation and innovation, pushing the boundaries of what’s possible in sportsbetting and interactive entertainment through your interface design
Help foster an inclusive, curious, and collaborative environment where great ideas can thrive

Requirements

5+ years of experience in product design, with a strong track record of end-to-end ownership of design projects
A robust portfolio showcasing your ability to take complex problems from discovery to delivery, including user research, prototyping, usability testing and final UI execution
Experience designing for omnichannel environments, with a particular focus on mobile applications
A demonstrated interest in streaming, gaming and emerging technologies such as AI, with curiosity to explore innovative design opportunities
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate design decisions and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
An analytical and strategic mindset, with the ability to link design thinking to business goals and product outcomes
A passion for sports, ideally with experience or strong interest in sports, sports betting or live sports products
A self-starter attitude, thriving in fast-paced environments and capable of managing multiple projects and priorities with ease
