Job Description:

Atlassians can choose where they work – whether in an office, from home, or a combination of the two. Job Responsibility:

Work in a team of designers in India on our range of support experiences, including Atlassian Support, AI chatbots, contact form and designing features for customers to get the help they need
Operate in a fast-paced, cross-functional team
Use and expand the Atlassian Design System by leveraging established patterns from our Atlassian suite
Talk to users of our products, conduct research and observations to improve the product
Be data-led, understand usage patterns and use-cases in order to improve experience

Requirements:

4 + of experience in product design, ideally enterprise-based. AI experience is ideal
Proficiency in modern design tools like Figma and proven experience working with design systems
Strong portfolio showcasing relevant case studies
Experience in working autonomously and collaboratively, both synchronously and asynchronously
Strong facilitation and cross-functional collaboration skills
Positive collaboration history with other departments, including Engineering, Product Management, and Research
Experimentation experience is desirable

Nice to have:

Ideally qualifications in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field
Experience in designing for B2B enterprise SaaS products
Familiarity with AI and content integration
Familiarity with accessibility and inclusive design principles
Great communication and influencing skills: spoken, written and visual
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, agile development environment
Understanding of standard UX tasks, including customer research
Strong UI implementation skills, with a dedication to quality
