Job Responsibility:

  • Work in a team of designers in India on our range of support experiences, including Atlassian Support, AI chatbots, contact form and designing features for customers to get the help they need
  • Operate in a fast-paced, cross-functional team
  • Use and expand the Atlassian Design System by leveraging established patterns from our Atlassian suite
  • Talk to users of our products, conduct research and observations to improve the product
  • Be data-led, understand usage patterns and use-cases in order to improve experience

Requirements:

  • 4 + of experience in product design, ideally enterprise-based. AI experience is ideal
  • Proficiency in modern design tools like Figma and proven experience working with design systems
  • Strong portfolio showcasing relevant case studies
  • Experience in working autonomously and collaboratively, both synchronously and asynchronously
  • Strong facilitation and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Positive collaboration history with other departments, including Engineering, Product Management, and Research
  • Experimentation experience is desirable

Nice to have:

  • Ideally qualifications in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field
  • Experience in designing for B2B enterprise SaaS products
  • Familiarity with AI and content integration
  • Familiarity with accessibility and inclusive design principles
  • Great communication and influencing skills: spoken, written and visual
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, agile development environment
  • Understanding of standard UX tasks, including customer research
  • Strong UI implementation skills, with a dedication to quality
