Requirements

5+ years in product design, with a track record of designing complex or enterprise-level software
Experience in security, data management, identity access, compliance, or platform design is highly valued
Experience in creating conference-ready decks, multimedia and presentation templates
AI Fluency (nice to have): Comfortable designing AI products that leverage AI, and using AI tools in the design process
Strategic & Systems Thinking: Expertise in design systems, information architecture, and creating frameworks that support diverse customer use cases

Job Responsibility

Lead complex and high-impact product design projects that help raise the quality bar for our users, from conceptual models to UI design
Develop prototypes and patterns for scalable, consistent interfaces
Collaborate with design executive leaders to create compelling representations of the very best examples of design at Atlassian
Champion design craft and mentor other designers
Collaborate with a range of cross-functional teams (including Engineering, Product Management, Research, Design, Marketing, and Data Science) across our Atlassian product portfolio
