Job Description:

Atlassian is seeking a Senior Product Designer for the People Tooling design team to help create exceptional onboarding experiences for new joiners and enable seamless interactions between them and the existing team members.

Job Responsibility:

  • Work in one of Atlassian’s newest product development spaces on high-profile people experiences that impact everyone in the company
  • Collaborate with other designers across the lifecycle through implementation and iteration, focusing on delivery design
  • Collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders, technical program managers, and engineers throughout all stages of the production cycle
  • Quickly and iteratively create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, high-fidelity mockups and detailed UI and visual design specifications
  • Experiment, test, and optimize to create delightful, frictionless, and tailored end-to-end experiences

Requirements:

  • A strong portfolio that demonstrates expert knowledge and experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining successful, scalable, and flexible products within a mid to large-sized organization
  • Experience designing and building responsive web products, and making the appropriate design decisions to suit multiple contexts
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Exceptional collaboration skills
  • Strong attention to detail with an emphasis on visual design
  • Strong Figma chops and leverage advanced features and workflows
  • Demonstrated systems thinking with the ability to consider the bigger picture of how design and interaction patterns work across products to design the appropriate solution
  • Experience designing great 0-1 products and features as an in-house designer working across several projects on a product team
  • Experience in integrating AI into designs and/or a solid understanding of its potential and appropriate usage
