Job Description:

We are seeking a Senior Product Designer to join our growing Mobile team. In this role, you will lead feature strategic design work across both iOS and Android platforms, leveraging your exceptional creative skills and design expertise to spearhead our design initiatives and produce outstanding user experiences.

Job Responsibility:

  • Create mobile-first wireframes, prototypes, and visual design experiences
  • Engage with customers through interviews, surveys, and usability testing
  • Develop and execute a design strategy that aligns with company goals
  • Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders
  • Build and develop native mobile design systems
  • Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices
  • Demonstrate strong and persuasive communication skills
  • Collaborate with engineering teams during development, advocating for design quality and user experience

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Product Design, Graphic Design, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in product design, with a focus in mobile applications
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in visual interaction design & process for iOS and Android platforms
  • Excited about tackling the unique UX challenges of Generative AI
  • Skilled in developing unified user experiences that are easily adaptable across various devices
  • Passionate about crafting exceptional user experiences, highly curious, a future thinker
  • Proficiency in design (primarily Figma) and prototyping tools
  • Strong understanding and proven experience of user-centered design principles, end-to-end customer workflows
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Demonstrated experience in project leadership and team mentorship

Nice to have:

  • Experience designing within an enterprise SaaS context is a plus
  • Proven ability to mentor and guide team members, providing constructive feedback and support to foster professional growth and development
