Job Responsibility:

  • Lead end‑to‑end design for complex features and product experiences—from discovery through final delivery
  • Create intuitive flows, wireframes, prototypes, and polished high‑fidelity designs
  • Partner with Product, UX, Engineering, and stakeholders to craft exceptional user experiences
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to guide product decisions
  • Champion a user‑centered design culture in a fast‑moving environment
  • Help establish and evolve a scalable design system that supports rapid iteration and multi‑product growth
  • Stay current on modern design trends, accessibility standards, and best practices

Requirements:

  • 8+ years in product design, UX/UI, or related roles
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating end‑to‑end product thinking, interaction design, and visual excellence
  • Proficiency with modern design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, etc.)
  • Experience with design systems and agile product teams
  • Understanding of basic front‑end concepts (HTML/CSS)
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
