Job Description:

We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer to own and execute all user experience and design-related aspects of the Incentives domain within the Delivery Consumer team. This includes all products related to campaigns, discounts, subscriptions, and promotional mechanics across the consumer app. The Incentives team’s goal is to build a scalable incentives communication system that makes campaigns clear, effective, and easy to understand across all user touchpoints. You will play a key role in shaping how millions of users discover, understand, and use discounts and campaigns in the Bolt Food app.

Job Responsibility:

  • Own and evolve the campaign and incentives communication system across the consumer app
  • Turn complex campaign logic into simple, intuitive user experiences
  • Collaborate closely with Incentives, Subscription, Stores, and Growth teams to align business goals with user needs
  • Work with engineers and product managers to ensure feasibility and high-quality execution
  • Prototype and test concepts quickly to validate ideas and reduce ambiguity
  • Ensure consistency across surfaces, including listing, store page, basket, checkout, and post-order states

Requirements:

  • Understand business metrics behind campaigns and subscriptions and are comfortable managing complex systems effectively
  • Collaborative, design-led thinker who speaks the language of product, leading discussions and influencing stakeholders at all levels
  • Extensive experience as a Senior or Staff Product Designer, with a portfolio showcasing exceptional UI craftsmanship and bold design leadership
  • Know when to prioritize fast iterations and prototypes, collaborating effectively with senior designers and cross-functional teams
  • Communicate fluently in English and confidently pitch your design vision through storytelling, backed by user research and strong design intuition
  • Expert in Figma for UI, advanced prototyping, and scalable design systems
