Job Description

We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer to join the Identity team and shape the user experience of authentication, identity and document verification of our mobile and web apps. The Bolt Identity Product team’s goal is to let users seamlessly create, access, manage, verify, and protect their accounts, while balancing frictionless user experience with security, compliance, and privacy requirements at scale. You will have a hands-on role in shaping Bolt's growing mobility ecosystem.

Requirements

  • You’re a collaborative, design-led thinker who speaks the language of product, leading discussions and influencing stakeholders at all levels
  • You have extensive experience as a Senior Product Designer, with a portfolio showcasing exceptional UX craftsmanship
  • You know when to prioritize fast iterations and prototypes, collaborating effectively with other designers and cross-functional teams
  • You can communicate fluently in English and confidently pitch your design vision through storytelling, backed by user research and strong design intuition
  • You’re proficient in design tools like Figma, FigJam, and collaborate seamlessly through Jira and Confluence
