Job Description

As a Senior Product Designer at Collinson, you'll help define the future of digital experiences across Priority Pass and our wider loyalty and travel ecosystem. You will lead product design initiatives across mobile and web platforms - crafting human-centred, commercially effective solutions from discovery through to execution. In addition to driving end-to-end feature design, you will contribute to the development and evolution of our design system, helping ensure consistency, accessibility, and cross-platform usability. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams - product, tech, data, and research - and be comfortable influencing at both team and senior stakeholder level. This is a hands-on role where design craft meets systems thinking, and where you’ll play a key part in creating seamless experiences for millions of global travellers.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead customer-centric product design across web and mobile - from early research through high-fidelity execution
  • apply design thinking and UX research to uncover insights, validate decisions, and improve the quality of customer experience
  • champion a collaborative and iterative approach, working closely with product managers, engineers, data analysts, and researchers
  • prototype and test rapidly, setting up your own user validation loops to refine solutions quickly
  • contribute to the design system: help define, document, and evolve scalable UI components and design patterns used across products and teams
  • mentor junior designers and contribute to the design culture through feedback, critique, and practice improvement
  • collaborate with exec-level stakeholders, clearly communicating design rationale and influencing product direction
  • measure the impact of your designs using both qualitative and quantitative data

Requirements

  • 5–7+ years in Product/UX Design
  • proven track record of rapid prototyping and running your own usability tests
  • experience working across product, engineering, and data functions in Agile environments
  • strong knowledge of WCAG and inclusive design standards
  • demonstrable experience in contributing to and scaling design systems across large product ecosystems
  • comfortable working across multiple platforms (iOS, Android, responsive web)
  • familiarity with tools like Miro, Jira, and Aha! is a plus
  • hands-on designer with a strong portfolio of end-to-end case studies across mobile and web platforms
  • comfortable with product discovery, UX research, and data analysis
  • confident in owning your roadmap, prioritising independently, and driving initiatives forward
  • passionate about accessibility, usability, and inclusion
  • a systematic thinker
  • highly proficient in Figma, with strong experience in prototyping, design system libraries, and developer handoff workflows
  • an excellent communicator, able to present to C-suite stakeholders and align cross-functional teams
