Senior Product Designer, Enquiry to Hire

You'll be a core contributor on a tight design team, embedded in squads working on the overall experience for our consumers and professionals, from the point of initial contact through to a hire. This is a strategically critical part of the product and includes the comms tools as well as the overall on-and-off platform experience through this phase of the process. Consumers need help navigating challenges of hiring the right professional, whilst we need to minimise the effort of closing deals for our time poor professionals. You'll own design problems end-to-end, from early problem framing through to shipped, measured output. This work will impact both the web and app experiences. You’ll work closely with an amazing PM and EM, together defining and delivering a great experience resulting in a satisfying hire for both sides. This isn't a role for someone who needs a lot of hand-holding, or who delivers great mobile work but lets the desktop design slip. We want someone who holds themselves to a high standard across the board and gets there quickly.
