Job Description

As a Senior Product Designer on our Engagement & Loyalty team, you’ll lead the design of experiences that drive user progression, retention, and long-term loyalty. You’ll take ownership of complex design initiatives from discovery through to delivery and iteration, shaping how users interact with loyalty programs, incentives, and engagement features. You’ll work closely with Product, Engineering, and cross-functional partners to define success metrics, evaluate post-launch impact, and continuously improve experiences based on insights. You’ll also contribute to design standards, ensuring quality, consistency, and clarity across our engagement and affiliate products.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead the end-to-end design of engagement and loyalty experiences, from discovery through delivery and iteration
  • Translate research, data, and stakeholder input into clear, actionable design decisions that drive user progression and retention
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering to define success metrics and evaluate post-launch impact
  • Identify opportunities to improve engagement, incentives, and loyalty beyond scoped projects
  • Deliver high-quality interface designs aligned with product strategy, business goals, and user needs
  • Communicate design rationale, trade-offs, and impact confidently to cross-functional stakeholders
  • Experiment thoughtfully to improve user progression, retention, and incentive-driven experiences
  • Contribute to evolving design standards, guidelines, and best practices across the product

Requirements

  • 5+ years of product design experience, with proven end-to-end ownership of complex design projects
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating your ability to turn discovery into delivered, high-quality designs
  • Experience designing for multi-surface products, including mobile and web
  • Comfortable using data and analytics to inform outcome-driven design decisions
  • Excellent communication skills, able to articulate design rationale and trade-offs to stakeholders
  • Analytical and strategic mindset, able to link design work to business and product outcomes
  • Self-starter attitude able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and balance multiple priorities effectively

Nice to have

  • Sports & Gambling knowledge advantageous
  • Cryptocurrency knowledge would be advantageous
  • Proficient with Google Suite (Drive, Spreadsheets, Docs), Slack, Jira & Intercom
