Job Description:

As a Senior Product Designer in the Ecosystem team, your main focus will be working on the ways in which customers and developers can build on top of Atlassian, whether they are customers customising our products or pro developers building apps. You'll collaborate with product management and engineering to define problem spaces, develop innovative solutions, and deliver them to our customers and partners. You'll also have the opportunity to foster design excellence in the team and contribute to our design system.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of hands-on professional experience crafting user experiences for enterprise software/services
  • Deep experience working across complex design systems that span multiple products
  • Strong facilitation and collaboration abilities, a flexible and friendly approach to working with teams, and the attitude to always strive for the best outcomes
  • Equally strong UX and UI skills
  • Ability to define projects and measures of success, test your assumptions and outcomes, and continuously incorporate feedback
  • Interest in being a self-starter with your eye constantly on solutions: you are someone who can easily step into the user’s shoes with enthusiasm to craft magical experiences
