Job Description

We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer to own and execute all user experience and design-related aspects of our Driver domain within the Ridehailing team. Our ride-hailing vertical continues to grow year-on-year, and we continue to hit all-time highs in terms of performance in many markets, providing drivers and riders across markets a high-quality ride-hailing experience. You will have a hands-on role in shaping Bolt's growing mobility ecosystem.

Job Responsibility

  • Quickly prototype and iterate design concepts to initiate product momentum
  • Confidently present design ideas to senior stakeholders using a balance of data-driven insights and strong design intuition
  • Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and researchers to bring your design concepts to life
  • Advocate for user-centric, high-quality design solutions across the team, to timelines while effectively balancing multiple tasks
  • Push for visionary solutions that challenge existing ideas and drive innovation, set the quality bar and be an exemplary designer to your peers
  • Contribute to evolving design systems and ensuring consistency in UI/UX patterns

Requirements

  • Experience as a Senior Product Designer, preferably in a fast-paced technology or internet-based company
  • Proven track record of shipping digital products that serve millions of users
  • Excellent portfolio showcasing a range of design work for mobile and web platforms, including user interface and user experience design
  • Highly proficient in design tools and software, including Figma, Jira, Confluence, and various usability testing tools
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and emerging technologies and apply this knowledge to your work
  • Can communicate fluently in English
  • Exceptional collaboration skills enable you to effectively work with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders
