Job Description

We're looking for a Senior Product Designer to support user experience and design within the Driver domain of our Rides team. You'll help shape the everyday tools that drivers depend on to earn. Bolt's ride-hailing business continues to grow year-on-year, with drivers at the centre of that growth. The quality of their experience directly shapes whether they choose to drive with us, how much they earn, and how confidently they operate on the platform. Job Responsibility

  • Lead end-to-end design initiatives across a sub-domain in the Driver team
  • Prototype early and validate ideas through testing
  • Present clear, structured thinking to senior stakeholders
  • Partner closely with product managers, engineers, and researchers
  • Raise the quality bar and contribute to our design system
  • Balance speed with craft across multiple initiatives
