Job Description:

Senior Product Designer to join the Cards team in North America. The Cards product is a core pillar of TravelPerk’s platform, providing businesses with real-time visibility into spend, streamlining reconciliation, and ensuring compliance. This role is pivotal to tailoring the cards product to the unique needs of the North American market.

Job Responsibility:

  • Design for Impact: Craft end-to-end user experiences across web and mobile that make managing cards effortless for employees, admins, and finance teams
  • Bring Insights to Life: Turn data, customer feedback, and market research into design solutions tailored to the US market
  • Shape the Vision: Partner with PMs and Engineers to define clear problem statements and design strategies that balance user needs with business goals
  • Collaborate Across Functions: Work hand-in-hand with developers, researchers, and other stakeholders (like Sales Engineering, Implementation, and Account Managers) to bring ideas to life
  • Champion The User: Advocate for best-in-class usability and accessibility, ensuring every interaction feels intuitive and impactful

Requirements:
