Requirements

Proven experience as a Senior Product Designer with a strong portfolio of shipped digital products
Deep understanding of human-centred design principles and the ability to translate complex business and user needs into clear, actionable solutions
Experience designing AI-powered or data-driven features, ideally including LLM-based systems and conversational interfaces
Strong grasp of interaction design, information architecture, visual communication, and content-led design principles
Ability to design for ambiguity, edge cases, and probabilistic AI outputs while maintaining clarity and trust
Experience collaborating closely with Engineering and Data teams, understanding technical constraints and trade-offs

Job Responsibility

Leading discovery for AI-driven features, identifying high-value use cases for LLM integration
Designing conversational flows, prompts, and interaction patterns for our AI chatbot
Translating complex AI capabilities into intuitive, trustworthy user experiences
Prototyping AI interactions, including edge cases and failure states
Partnering closely with Engineering and Data teams to understand model behaviour, constraints, and trade-offs
Defining success metrics for AI experiences, including usability, trust, and effectiveness
Evaluating AI outputs and iterating based on user testing and real-world feedback
