Job Description

You'll be designing the future of agentic marketing at a critical inflection point. We're building AI agents that make real-time, data-driven decisions across entire customer journeys. This is 0-1 product work in a space where the rules are still being written. Hightouch is investing heavily in Agents, and you'll be on the team doing the groundbreaking work.

Job Responsibility

  • Create and iterate on powerful tools for marketing teams using our Agents product suite

  • Product strategy including connecting with customers through research sessions, synthesizing insights from usage data and feedback, and influencing product direction

Requirements

  • 6+ years designing and shipping user-friendly features or applications in technical spaces

  • Figma proficiency required
