Job Description

We are currently seeking a Senior Product Coordinator to join the Just Jeans Brands team! The Brands department manages labels such as Levi's, Guess, Calvin Klein, Riders by Lee, Mavi, Wrangler and Abrand. Reporting to the Senior Product Manager of Brands, you will coordinate all aspects of product management from initial range viewing, OTB & supplier management, data entry and administration, through to delivery ensuring all key dates are met to deliver quality product into stores on time.

Job Responsibility

  • Develop and manage effective relationships with suppliers and key stakeholders
  • Liaise with Product Manager to manage and maintain detailed OTB plan
  • Contribute to sales analysis, managing life cycle of product and controlling stock levels
  • Contribute to range selection / Assist product manager in the selection/development of commercial product
  • Manage new season launch for each Brand, product books, shelf Talkers/POS, staff incentives, training
  • Assisting the Product Manager with negotiations
  • Initiate in-season strategies to optimise business performance: branded recalls, reprices, GWP's
  • Develop & support strong relationship with retail network
  • Work with Product Manager on training packages & roadshows
  • Manage process/relationships between Marketing & VM, in conjuction with National Brand Partners
  • Support Product Manager with competitor and market trend analysis
  • Managing the flow of advertising samples from suppliers, and ad hoc Marketing requests
  • Managing the omnichannel presentation of the department's range - including styling for online and marketing shoots
  • Support Online team with maintaining all Brand requirements to maximise sales opportunities
  • Maintain Branded calendar/EDM schedule
  • Advising on Quality issues, problem solving and processing returns
  • Contribute positively to the team environment including coaching and developing members of the team, support for the product manager and planning functions

Requirements

  • Experience in a Product Coordinator role within a Buying/Product team is essential
