Job Description

Join us as a Senior Product and Proposition Manager - Current Account Product Development, where you will help shape the future of banking by managing the end-to-end delivery of current account and payment products, including overdrafts. Responsibilities include driving commercial performance, ensuring technical delivery of regulatory changes, and leading transformation. With significant investment planned for 2026, the focus will be on enhancing the product set to retain existing customers and attract new ones by optimising customer journeys. Strategic priorities include improving offerings for youth accounts, packaged bank accounts, and overdraft journeys, alongside planning and executing the launch of new product ranges.
