Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with customer centric mindset to focus on client needs
7+ years working in agile culture with 5+ years of relevant experience working as a lead Product Owner for a program preferably in banking domain
Demonstrated ability to prioritize the items that maximize business value while receiving requests from multiple stakeholders at the same times
Possess excellent communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders and team members to drive collaboration and alignment
Excellent problem solving and decision-making skills
In depth analytical skills with the ability to synthesize findings
Successful track record of developing products within deadlines and commitments

Requirements

4+ years of experience in a highly analytical role, with at least 3+ years in a product analytics/data science role
Advanced proficiency in SQL, as well as an understanding of data warehouse principles including data modeling
Bonus points for experience with dbt
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and prioritize growth opportunities based on data and experiment results
Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to distill complex analytical solutions into actionable insights and communicate business impact to non technical audiences
