We are looking for a mature Product Analyst to join our Motor product stream. Ideal candidate takes ownership of results and works independently, communicates clearly, challenges assumptions with data, and can structure ambiguous problems. We value curiosity, strong business thinking, and the ability to focus on real impact.

Job Responsibility

  • Partner with Car Insurance Product leadership to drive data-informed strategy
  • Conduct deep dives (funnels, retention, behavior, feature impact)
  • Deliver actionable recommendations influencing product decisions
  • Define and monitor core KPIs (web & mobile)
  • Evaluate releases via A/B tests, cohort and pre-post analysis
  • Map and optimize the end-to-end customer journey
  • Quantify and communicate business impact
  • Define tracking for new features and validate implementation
  • Ensure data consistency from GA4 / Amplitude to BigQuery
  • Investigate discrepancies and maintain metric integrity

Requirements

  • Over 4-5 years as Product Analyst in fintech / insurance / banking / e-commerce
  • Strong SQL (BigQuery or similar DWH) skills
  • Experience with GA4, Amplitude, GTM
  • Understanding of event tracking and attribution
  • Dashboarding in Tableau/ Looker Studio
  • Proven impact on product decisions through analytics
  • Structured analytical thinking and ownership mindset
  • Ability to clearly present key metrics to senior leaders on one slide, using simple and effective visualizations
