Do you look at a courier's mobile workflow and immediately envision the event-tracking architecture required to streamline their journey? We are seeking a Senior Product Analyst to lead the measurement strategy for our Courier App, ensuring that every interaction and delivery milestone is meticulously captured, analyzed, and leveraged to drive operational excellence. In this role, you won't just be pulling reports; you will be the architect of our courier data ecosystem. You'll bridge the gap between engineering, product, and operations to ensure our logistics engine is powered by high-fidelity data, automated workflows, and a deep empathy for the person behind the handlebars.
Job Responsibility:
Measurement Architecture: Design and implement comprehensive measurement plans for our front-end courier experience using tools like Snowplow or Google Analytics 4
Tracking Implementation: Partner with engineers to define event schemas and ensure front-end tracking is robust, scalable, and accurately reflects the courier's real-world journey
Holistic Deep Dives: Go beyond the front-end. You will perform deep-dive analyses by merging app-tracking data with backend operational data sources (e.g., dispatch logs, routing efficiency, payment systems) to identify friction points
Analytics Engineering & Orchestration: Leverage Airflow to orchestrate data pipelines and maintain version-controlled workflows via GitHub, ensuring data reliability and reproducible research
Experimentation Leadership: Own the end-to-end experimentation such as A/B testing, etc., You'll design experiments, calculate sample sizes, and perform causal inference to determine what truly moves the needle
Agentic Workflow Automation: Explore and implement Agentic AI workflows to automate routine analysis, anomaly detection, or courier feedback categorization, keeping the team focused on high-impact strategy
Visual Storytelling: Build and maintain sophisticated, executive-level dashboards in Tableau that track the health of the courier experience and logistics performance
Champion the Courier Voice: Act as the analytical advocate for our couriers. You will use data to highlight pain points in their daily workflow, ensuring the 'Courier Voice' is a primary driver of the product roadmap
Data Governance & Privacy: Ensure all tracking and data collection methods are strictly compliant with GDPR and local privacy regulations
Requirements:
Strong experience in Product Analytics, with a heavy focus on mobile app environments (logistics or gig-economy experience is a massive plus)
Expertise in Snowplow, Google Analytics, or similar event-level tracking tools
Advanced SQL skills and data visualization mastery in Tableau
Experience with Airflow for orchestration and GitHub for collaborative development
Proficiency in Python or R for statistical analysis and causal inference
Modern AI Skills: Familiarity with or curiosity about Agentic workflows and leveraging AI to scale analytical impact
Experimentation Rigor: Proven track record in running experiments A/B testing and other methodologies including network effect interference and how to mitigate it through advanced testing designs
Regulatory Knowledge: A strong grasp of GDPR principles and how they apply to user tracking and data retention
