Job Responsibility:
Partner with direct sales, partners, and larger account teams on SMB sales opportunities
participate in customer discovery to understand the customer's needs
identify additional opportunities for cross-product expansion
investigate and assess client pain points
act as a product expert in the pre-sales process
showcase how Atlassian software can solve problems
articulate the full Atlassian product and solution offerings
lead value-based demonstrations tailored to different stakeholders
guide customers' technical needs in the sales process
collaborate with sales associates to discuss pipeline and opportunities
track and document product feedback and competitive intelligence
continuously develop pre-sales and Atlassian product knowledge.
Requirements:
3+ years of experience interacting with customers in a pre-sales capacity
excellent communication skills
strong presentation skills to multi-level audiences
ability to interpret complex business problems and propose solutions
customer-centric mindset
proven track record in building executive relationships with customers
