Elsewhere Entertainment is looking for a Senior Producer to support our Technical Design team in the development of a new IP. Join a world-class group of designers, engineers, and artists working together to push the boundaries of interactive storytelling and gameplay systems. We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Senior Producer to drive planning, execution, and delivery for all technical design initiatives—including gameplay systems, scripting tools, prototyping frameworks, and level logic implementation. This role bridges the gap between design and engineering, requiring both strong production skills and a deep appreciation for the technical foundations that bring creative vision to life. As a member of the production department, you’ll ensure the Technical Design team is empowered to deliver innovative gameplay experiences efficiently and sustainably. You will oversee project schedules, dependencies, and team communications - helping turn design intent into robust, scalable, and performant in-game systems.
Job Responsibility:
Partnering with Design Directors, Technical Design Leads, and Engineering leadership to plan, schedule, and execute the technical design roadmap
Translating creative gameplay goals into clear, actionable production milestones for the Technical Design team
Coordinating between Design, Engineering, Tools, and QA to ensure features are implemented efficiently and function as intended
Managing the production of scripting systems, gameplay logic tools, and content implementation pipelines
Facilitating communication between design and engineering disciplines to resolve blockers and ensure alignment
Tracking development progress across multiple technical design initiatives and maintaining clear visibility into priorities and risks
Identifying and mitigating technical and production risks related to gameplay systems, performance, or feature dependencies
Supporting rapid prototyping and iteration through well-structured tasking, documentation, and resource management
Driving reviews and retrospectives to improve workflows, tools, and cross-team collaboration
Building a culture of problem-solving, technical curiosity, and continuous improvement
Requirements:
5+ years of production or project management experience in games or interactive entertainment
A solid understanding of technical design, including scripting systems (Blueprints, Lua, proprietary tools, etc.), gameplay logic, and design-implementation workflows
Experience supporting cross-disciplinary teams that merge design and engineering disciplines
Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate between creative and technical needs
Proven ability to manage complex feature sets across multiple departments and disciplines
Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and related task-tracking and documentation systems
A track record of shipping or supporting AAA titles or complex gameplay systems
Strong organization, time management, and prioritization abilities
A collaborative, respectful, and solution-oriented mindset
Nice to have:
Familiarity with Unreal Engine, Unity, or proprietary game engines
Experience managing tools development, editor scripting, or design automation efforts
Understanding of gameplay systems such as AI, mission scripting, or player abilities
Background in design, computer science, or technical art
A passion for interactive systems, player experience, and high-quality gameplay
