Job Responsibility:
Overseeing and coordinating the daily operations of the procurement department
Building and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers
Improving and developing the procurement processes
Sourcing and evaluating suppliers based on price, quality, and delivery terms
Negotiating and managing contracts
Collaborating with the production and warehouse teams to monitor inventory
Tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and preparing reports for management
Ensuring full compliance with all regulations and internal procedures
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Economics or a related field
At least 7+ years of procurement experience in heavy industry, preferably in a large industrial setting
Data-oriented professional adept at leveraging emerging technologies
Proven experience in supplier negotiations and contract management
Proficiency with ERP systems
Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills
