Our Procurement organization is undergoing an exciting transformation. The mission of the local Mobile Procurement team is to understand local market and commodity needs, drive strategic sourcing initiatives, and continuously improve workflows through technology and automation. In this role, you will report to the Mobile Lead of Procurement and partner across the business, working closely with both local and global stakeholders to deliver measurable impact.

Job Responsibility:

  • Manage a local commodity budget of approximately €50–100 million, primarily across various commodities
  • Partner across the business and collaborate closely with the Global Sourcing team to align priorities, strategies, and action plans
  • Serve as the main local Procurement contact for stakeholders within your commodities
  • Work closely with stakeholders across Product, Marketing, Analytics, and wider Finance teams
  • Drive supplier relationship management, building strong, value-focused, and collaborative partnerships
  • Provide guidance on procurement processes and lead local sourcing initiatives, ensuring compliant and successful execution
  • Identify and realize cost improvement and efficiency opportunities with a clear positive bottom-line impact
  • Co-create and evolve ways of working, including the advancement of sourcing automation
  • Contribute to an innovative, AI-driven environment

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in Strategic / Indirect Procurement
  • Hands-on, proactive, and comfortable challenging the status quo
  • Continuous improvement mindset and enjoy optimizing processes, tools, and tools-driven workflows
  • Confident working with and analyzing data to inform decisions
  • Business-fluent (minimum B2) in both German and English, written and spoken
