Senior Procurement Manager - Indirect

• Own the sourcing strategy - Define and implement procurement strategies aligned with tight project timelines and budgets across multiple indirect categories
• Lead high-value tenders - Run RFx processes, negotiations, and contract execution for facilities, construction, IT, logistics, and professional services
• Manage risk and compliance - Ensure adherence to procurement governance, Delegation of Authority, and audit requirements while maintaining robust risk mitigation plans
• Drive cost efficiency - Deliver cost savings and optimize supplier agreements across the project lifecycle
• Collaborate cross-functionally - Work closely with engineering, operations, and finance teams to align procurement with project objectives
• Track and report performance - Maintain supplier performance metrics, accurate procurement records, and provide regular updates to project leadership
• Support continuity planning - Contribute to risk reviews, contingency planning, and business continuity frameworks

• Proven experience in indirect procurement within complex capital or construction projects
• Strong background in facilities, construction, and capex procurement
• MCIPS qualified (essential)
• Strong negotiation and supplier relationship management skills
• Understanding of compliance frameworks and contingency planning
• Experience in automotive or advanced manufacturing environments (desirable)
