Job Description:

The Senior Procurement Manager will oversee annual spend across a broad and complex network of more than 200 suppliers. This role is critical to ITM’s growth as we scale operations, modernise processes and strengthen value delivery across all direct product categories. You will act as a central governance, systems and strategic support function within procurement. This is a cross functional role across Manufacturing and EPC Procurement, accountable for overall process, systems and governance. Acting as a strategic partner to key stakeholders and the Head of Procurement, you will take a strategic approach to driving process improvements within a rapidly evolving environment. You will support high-impact negotiations and critical supplier topics across all areas.

Job Responsibility:

  • Establish scalable and consistent procurement policies, processes and governance frameworks
  • Drive implementation of process standardisation and a clear delegation framework
  • Develop contract templates in partnership with the Legal team
  • Drive integration of ERP, ticketing, and associated procurement systems
  • Introduce transparent KPI frameworks and reporting standards
  • Lead and support high‑value and strategically important supplier negotiations
  • Oversee and enhance supplier performance management
  • Ensure consistency and compliance across procurement activities
  • Support Head of Procurement in transformation and organisational development
  • Act as cross-functional problem solver across projects, categories and regions

Requirements:

  • CIPS qualification (or working towards) desirable
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business administration or economics (or other relevant subject)
  • at least 3 years’ experience in a Procurement role
  • Strong experience in procurement processes, governance, systems and strategy, ideally in EPC and Manufacturing Procurement
  • Proven people leadership capabilities
  • Proficient in procurement systems, data analysis and contract management
  • Excellent commercial understanding and negotiation capability
  • Strong analytical and structured mindset
  • Ability to operate across functions and senior stakeholders
  • Proficient in written and spoken English and German language
