Job Description

As a Senior Procurement Business Partner Specialist, you will lead strategic engagement with key stakeholders across multiple demand generation functions, serving as the trusted procurement advisor and primary point of contact. You will collaborate closely with category owners to align sourcing strategies with business priorities, drive sustainable supplier solutions, and support key functional initiatives that advance enterprise objectives.

Job Responsibility

  • Develop a strong and integrated understanding of business requirements and challenges, including priorities, must‑win initiatives, and key value drivers
  • Represent the Above Market and At Market Procurement teams in business review forums, serving as a trusted procurement advisor to stakeholders
  • Enable effective information flow between category management and sourcing teams to support delivery of business strategies and strategic plans
  • Partner closely with the Center(s) of Marketing Excellence to align on functional and business metrics in support of the Operational Master Plan (OMP)
  • Own, track, and deliver cost improvement targets and initiatives, providing regular updates to business stakeholders as appropriate
  • Monitor performance against category team objectives and support periodic reassessment of targets to ensure continued alignment with business priorities
  • Identify, quantify, and present cost improvement opportunities to stakeholders for prioritization, resourcing, and execution
  • Track progress against savings and performance targets, identify gaps, and communicate insights and gap‑closure strategies to procurement leadership and stakeholders on a bi‑weekly basis
